There are days when things just jump out and speak to you. This is one of those days. Waiting for the fulfillment of things in my life is not something I do well. Okay, that was an understatement...

The special little book Ornaments of Christmas Joy--Meditations to Draw You Nearer to the Miracle in the Manger by Mary Grace Birkhead was a gift from the woman leading this year's Bible Study. I did not even have time to really look at it until today, when it opened rather easily to the page above.

The contractors did a nice job demolishing the old stuff, even the wallpaper, and they CLEANED it all up!!

In the beginning

I'm working on setting up this site to share information and photos about our family, both humans together with 2 beagles and 4 cats, with our friends and family. The Samantha Jade website will eventually be dedicated to only photos and stories about our daughter (sigh), some day.....I will be migrating stuff here. In order to preserve our privacy a wee bit, I will not be publishing full names, or any information about our daughter on this site.
